1)  NO INSULTS!  Students who choose to insult others will have to call home, tell what they said, then write me a 5 PARAGRAPH ESSAY on the history of the insult and why it's unacceptable.

 

2)  Students who refuse to write it will have LUNCH DETENTION with me until they do.

 

3)  If the student still refuses, and/or behavior continues, the student WILL BE REMOVED FROM MY CLASSROOM.

 

4)  Anyone caught telling others to "shut-up" in ANY language will write it 50 TIMES.  It must be turned in before the end of class, or it becomes 100 TIMES.

 

 

There have been too many news-documented suicides due to students being bullied in schools.  Several students at Wright have complained of bullying.  I've heard racial slurs, as well as cruel comments.  This is NOT acceptable behavior.  My class will not be one where such behavior is tolerated.
